As an entrepreneur with a (growing) family this balance is not always easy! It’s tempting to get lost in my work late into the evening hours and on the weekend, but I’ve really set limits on how much I tackle non-emergency projects outside of “normal” business hours. This provides me with the same chance of a work-life balance as those who work 9-5 jobs.
