Is the “American dream” dead?

Is the idea of achieving the “American dream” a dying fantasy that is becoming impossible for more and more people? Yes, unfortunately, it is true. There is no doubt that the economy is suffering, and suffering with it is the American dream.

Entrepreneurs can’t afford to start businesses, families can’t afford to buy homes, and students can’t afford to go to college. Banks don’t seem to care, and the government seems to be paralyzed from the waist down.

But the fact is you don’t need a bank loan in order to build and grow a successful business, just like you don’t need an Ivy League college degree in order to be a successful entrepreneur and businessperson (though, it can help). We have to help ourselves and save our own economy, our own businesses, our American dream.

  1. Government isn’t paralyzed from the waist down (that part seems to be working well with most of our politicians). It’s that the government is paralyzed from the NECK UP.

  2. American Dream Dead? Land of Opportunity NO MORE??? Only Government-loving, Government-dependent, America/Capitalism/FREEDOM-HATING LIBCOM ASSHOLES Could posibly utter bullshit like that! A LOGIC-warping, spirit-crushing “education” from a Government-controlled ‘Diploma Mill” costing up to $100,000.00 in “STUDENT” loans the only route to success in life??? Tell that to my TWO High School-graduated sons who, between the two of them, together and jointly, own and operate FIVE businesses with combined NET (After taxes and expenses, for those of you with Diploma Mill College “educations”!) profits of just OVER $1,000,000.00 a YEAR. So stick talk of the death of OPPORTUNITY and the AMERICAN DREAM FAR, FAR UP your collectivist CommieCrat ASSES! God Bless America….and GOD DAMN JEREMIAH WRIGHT AND BARRY HUSSEIN OSAMABAMA!!!!
